Hello! My name is Matthew Sagen, and I’m the owner of CheerfulTech.  As a United States Navy Iraq veteran I had a dream when I got out of the military to start my own business and create something that many other companies lost sight of many years ago: the customers.  Let me ask you to think about something;  have you ever had someone work on your computer who was just a complete jerk?  Someone who made you feel like you barely knew what a mouse was none the less a monitor?  Well, that “technician” was wrong for even making you think that way and that attitude is what lead me to start up CheerfulTech.  I won’t make you feel dumb, but I will educate you on what your computer does, how it reacts and most importantly, how not to be afraid of it.

With five years experience as a Cryptologic Technician and fifteen years as an IT, I’ve learned a thing or two about this nations security and the proper ways of safeguarding your information. Along with safeguarding information, I’ve been properly trained by LearningTree International to prevent hackers, viruses, malware, key-loggers, and pretty much anything that’s going to cause you stress in your life.
