Matthew Sagen and I met during one of our mall events.  Matthew was very professional with our staff, and volunteered to help out if needed.  I decided to hire Matthew to do some work for the mall.  I was fairly specific of what I wanted done, but left him room to do his work.  His knowledge and work is simply amazing and I have been recommending him ever since.  I was sad to see him move away, but I know he’ll be providing the same excellent service he gave me and my company to others out there seeking excellent service.

 

From the time Matt walked through the door, he wasn’t just dressed professional, I could tell he was a professional.  His company CheerfulTech did an amazing job with my computer.  Matt completely downloaded the latest virus software and updates along with making sure that my firewall settings were properly configured. He wiped out every piece of virus on my computer and I’ve been completely virus free since he left. Best of all, not only did he fix the problem, he educated me on safeguarding my information. That alone was well worth the money. If your on the fence with who to go with, I’d pick Matthew.  He’ll get the job done right.

I responded to a flyer that Matthew had left on our door step. It was very timely because shortly there after, we needed some help w/our computer. Not only did he assist me w/my work computer, he also helped my entire company w/their computers! We were so sorry when he moved away. But alas! The CheerfulTech is back in town! I highly recommend Matthew. He is a whiz w/computers as well as being Cheerful
